The program is based on 25.5 hours of interactive participation comprised of one & a halfhours of assessment debrief, one- four hour workshop on Sales Breakthrough Communication, one – eight hour workshop on Sales Success Intensive and twelve weeks of one hour follow-up accountability sessions.The usually program length is 4 months but can be modified to meet the client’s needs. 12 Week Accountability Follow-up – 12 hours

  • For 12 consecutive weeks for one hour per week, the participants will work with the trainer applying what they’ve learned, creating accountability for change and measuring their results. The sessions will be used to reinforce previous learning and introduce a few other topics to reinforce sales knowledge and their own personal development.

The "Sales Success Breakthrough – Bi-Weekly Extended Format" program focuses on greater understanding of the sales process, key areas of sales success and how to more effectively communicate with the various behavioral styles of prospects. The ‘Breakthrough Navigational Conversations’ program focuses on self-awareness, effective communication through greater behavioral style awareness and a two-day workshop wherein participants learn how to conduct coaching conversations with their employees thereby driving their own management productivity and their team’s engagement. This is a highly interactive program that is not only educational but lots of fun. The program is based on 21 hours of interactive participation comprised of two hours of assessment debrief, one - four hour workshop on Communication Breakthrough, and a fifteen hour ‘why and how to coach employees and increase productivity & self-esteem’ workshop which occurs over two consecutive days. Ascend to Greater Heights

This personal awareness development opportunity combines the best of getting to know yourself, learning to communicate more effectively and spending eight months focusing on your leadership and business skills development through a one-to-one bi-weekly session with the trainer. This format provides the ultimate opportunity to laser focus your personal leadership development in a private one-on-one environment while utilizing a world-class curriculum to guide your growth. This is our most private and immersive training opportunity encompassing 29.5 hours of direct classroom and personal one-on-one development opportunities.
